Refund & Return Policy
All products can be returned excluding special orders within 30 days of you receiving the item. Items may be subject to a restocking fee, unless defective or prohibited by law. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, please follow these three easy instructions to return your purchase.
- Make sure the item is in resaleable condition and in original packaging. We cannot refund or credit returned items that are in poor condition or show signs of usage.
- Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the Order number and Order date) with the returned item so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
- Ship the package to our returns department. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package and provide tracking. Returns must be sent postpaid to:
